Heavy Haulz LLC provides a variety of residential and commercial services, including but not limited to:

• Junk Removal
• Hauling Services
• Local Moving Services
• Property Maintenance
• Snow Removal
• Trailer Rentals
• General Labor Services

Service availability may vary depending on scheduling, weather conditions, equipment availability, and location.

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from what was originally described or if additional labor, equipment, disposal fees, travel, or materials are required.

Whenever possible, any pricing changes will be discussed and approved before additional work is completed.

Certain projects, particularly larger jobs, specialty services, trailer rentals, or projects requiring reserved scheduling, equipment, or materials, may require a deposit before work begins.

Any required deposit will be communicated before scheduling and will be applied toward the total cost of the project unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels after work has been scheduled or materials, equipment, or labor have already been reserved specifically for the project.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept approved payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of any required deposit, especially for larger scheduled projects or trailer rentals.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Heavy Haulz LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccessible work areas, locked gates, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate project information.

Customers certify that they have the legal right to dispose of all items being removed.

Heavy Haulz LLC reserves the right to refuse the removal of hazardous materials, chemicals, explosives, biohazards, illegal items, or any materials prohibited by law or local disposal regulations.

Customers renting trailers are responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.

Customers may be responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, lost equipment, or late return fees as outlined at the time of rental.

Certain services, including snow removal, hauling, moving, and property maintenance, may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or other conditions beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to communicate scheduling changes promptly.

Heavy Haulz LLC performs all services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or our services.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
